What Does this semen Analysis Test Result Mean?

Hi , I will take semen routine test result as followed

semen quality in c. C. - 2
colour - whitish
pH - Alkaline
viscosity - High
Liquifacation (in mins) - >120 minutes
Fructose - present
sperm count - 35
sperm count/ejaculate - 70 million
motile sperms (% of total sperms) - 40-50% Motile sperms seen.
Grade of motillity - ||-|||
type of motillity - forward progressive
motillity after 2 hrs - 30 -40 % motile sperms seen
pus cell - Nill
opinion - Normospermia

Hi, nothing to get worried. All the above parameters mentioned is within normal limits. May be the semen quantity is little less, but that does not matter much. Since there is no pus cell, there is no infection. Physical characteristics like colour, pH, viscosity and liqufication time is normal. Fructose is the one which should come positive, as it is the sugar which gives energy for sperm motility. Count of sperm and motility is normal.
So nothing to be worried of. All the best.
